Damian's work so far has ranged from the photo-realistic style of rendering portraits, landscapes, objects....from various commissions to the more technical applications of mixed media such as collage, charcoal, pastel, acrylic, oils, fixtures.....in his college-based work. The work from college onwards has been executed with a more even flux in both abstract and figurative styles, encompassing the semiotics of the 'metaphysical', through to 'postmodernism'.

Damian was formally educated in art at the Limerick School of Art & Design, Rep. of Ireland, where he was awarded a B.A. (Degree) in Fine Art (Painting).
